Director of Product

Responsibilities:

• Create and own the product roadmap for the clients’ suite of products.
• Lead the product team responsible for executing the roadmap.
• Ability to ensure the product roadmap is aligned with company strategy, communicated and understood by everyone in the organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, users and others to determine the highest value initiatives.
• Manage prioritization, implementation, and other trade-offs with the engineering team.
• Prioritize resources for a portfolio of products at different stages in the product life cycle.

Requirements:

• 7 or more years Product Owner experience with enterprise-level applications in an Agile/ Scrum environment, financial services preferably.
• Previous experience of managing a product team.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience with data intensive products, large-scale data migrations, and data quality initiatives. Proficient in SQL.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to communicate and coordinate between people of varying technical proficiency.
• Self-driven, collaborative and outgoing.
• Excellent stakeholder management, knowing when to push back and when to compromise.
• Fin-tech and Cloud experience is a plus.
