Digital Service Product Manager
Our Financial Services client is looking for a Digital Service Product Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The client is based in Dublin and operates a hybrid model of work.
- Digital Service Strategy: Develop and execute a digital service strategy that aligns with the organisation’s business objectives.
- Product Development: Lead the end-to-end development of digital service products, from concept to launch.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Product Roadmap: Create and maintain product roadmaps
- Product Launch: Plan and execute product launches
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of digital service products, tracking key metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to product development and deployment.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure that digital service products comply with industry regulations and security standards.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with third-party vendors and partners to enhance product capabilities and functionality.
- Financial Management: Manage the budget and financial aspects related to product development and maintenance.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar digital/transformation role, with experience of digital product management.
- Experience in optimising digital/service experience, meeting deadlines/targets and achieving results in a similar environmen
- Essential to hold a Third Level Qualification in relevant Discipline.
- Project management or Qualification in managing Agile Methodologies would be a benefit but not an essential.
