Digital Marketing Executive

Role Duties:

• Website management and optimisation: Working with the Marketing manager to create, optimise the company website, landing pages and online assets. Manage all website content to deliver high quality and relevant site traffic

• Email marketing: design and create high-impact email campaigns, manage and grow email database, continuously improve user experience and enhance email marketing automation programme

• Social Media Marketing: Manage multiple social media accounts, plan and implement social media campaigns, create and curate high-impact content, monitor and report on Facebook & Twitter Ads

• Digital Reporting: Provide website, email and social media KPI reports on ongoing basis.
• Monitor the SEO strategy for the company website and keep evolving it.
• Implement a creative and results focused digital marketing strategies to increase brand recognition, brand identity, engagement and customer acquisition.
• Creating innovative, engaging content for all social media platforms.

Desired Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good copywriting skills are essential.
• Clear understanding of the stages of a customer journey, especially on the initial stage of acquisition.
• Savvy social media user combined with customer centric communication skill
• Knowledge of HTML / CSS plus previous experience in website management is mandatory and WordPress knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge Adobe & Photoshop would be advantageous.
• Design flair and image editing required, some video editing skills will be an advantage.
