This is a senior hands-on role where you will drive the delivery of innovative data warehouse solutions across the business. You will be a skilled Data professional with a strong background in data warehousing and data integration.
Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement the strategy across data engineering, data integration, and data architecture
- Estimate development effort for the wider technical solution being developed and work with key stakeholders to build the Data Warehouse roadmaps
- Collaborating with the Data Warehousing team and business leads to identify data requirements and influence project artefacts
- Design and oversee the development of data warehouse solutions, automated tests, documentation, and related processes to meet and exceed the requirements of the business
- Evaluate and select appropriate data integration tools, technologies and frameworks to optimise data flow and transformation processes
- Providing technical guidance as SME and hands on delivery team member across our global business
- Owns the Data Architecture and Data Warehousing services where you will manage, develop, prioritise and recommend initiatives to improve and build upon the data warehouse architecture to support the business
- Collaborates and supports a small team of talented Data Warehouse Specialists
- Work with key stakeholders to develop strategies for leveraging data solutions to gain deeper business insights
- Ensure optimum and consistent process is developed and followed to create superior solutions delivering scale, performance, resilience and other key engineering principles
- Lead the technical design efforts for Data Warehouse solutions and drive architecture discussions at a portfolio level and engage with enterprise architecture initiatives
Experience Required
- At least 5+ years of demonstrable experience in implementing and managing Data Warehouse solutions in a corporate environment
- Extensive hands-on experience with data integration technologies and tools such as ETL/ELT platforms (e.g; Mulesoft, Low- Code, API) and data integration frameworks
- Deep working experience with SQL Database, SQL SSIS, SQL Analysis Services
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Python)
- Solid knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or other platforms

Educational Requirements
