Data Management Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Work as part of a growing team which is focused on implementing and managing client and operational data across the business
• Operate closely with all business areas and stakeholders, to implement modern technology solutions and take responsibility to ensure we optimize the integration, management and security of data across company platform
• Partner with various internal business and technology stakeholders, combined with external business and technology providers, to integrate varied sources of data across the organisation
• Work alongside the wider team to agree areas of focus and improvement, which will enable better insight, segmentation and inform the senior leadership team.

Experience Required

• 5+ years relevant experience working in a data management role and including exposure to solutions built on cloud platforms including Azure, Salesforce, APIM in addition to management of traditional database solutions (DBMS, SQL etc)
• Knowledge of leading Business intelligence suites such as MS Power BI/Tableau
• Experience of partnering with business stakeholders to understand and interpret their data reporting needs
• Appropriate knowledge of the risk control and regulatory environment
• Ability to work as part of a team but also independently
• Demonstrable proficiency in statistical data analysis and data visualisation
