Job Responsibilities
- Extract and integrate data from multiple sources, including databases, APIs, spreadsheets, and other relevant data repositories.
- Ensure data quality and consistency by performing data validation and data cleansing processes.
- Analyse large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can contribute to improved decision-making.
- Develop statistical models, data mining techniques, and predictive analytics to uncover actionable insights.
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards, data visualizations, and performance reports using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Work with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and deliver customized reports to support their specific requirements.
- Translate complex data analysis into clear and concise recommendations that drive business growth, optimize processes, and improve performance.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices for data security and protection.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging data analysis technologies, techniques, and trends.
Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in similar role
- Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python or other programming languages used for data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Significant experience extracting, integrating, and manipulating large data sets.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis, data mining, and machine learning techniques is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with integration projects and contributing to design and implementation strategies for the exchange of data between systems via APIs. ( Advantageous)
