Data Architect

Overview

My Dublin City Centre based client is recruiting for a Data Architect to join their existing team. This role is on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will join an agile-driven team of developers to architect and help to deliver enhancements to existing applications to increasing performance and scalability, improve development processes, and help drive research and development for future products/services.

Senior requirement for an experienced Data Architect to join a major analytics/ business intelligence consulting team based in Dublin city centre. You will worked on complex projects focused on developing data architecture solutions across the FS, banking and SaaS industries. This role would suit a senior data engineer or datawarehouse developer, who wants to move to a more strategic role within a cutting edge team.

• 5+ years’ experience working in a hands on capacity in a data architecture or senior datawarehouse position, ideally within a client facing environment
• Comfortable operating at a strategic level and developing complex architectural solutions
• Excellent client facing ability and comfortable presenting and managing relationships with executive level stakeholders
• Passionate about data and able to communicate its value to end users
• Proven track record developing and implementing long term strategic data strategies for large scale, multi-national clients
