Data Analytics Manager

My Dublin-based client is looking for a Data Analytics Manager to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established organisation that has their customers at the heart of what they do. They have recently restructured their organisation to better support their customers, so they are now looking for a Data professional to help them continue to deliver excellent services that improve people’s lives.

Job Responsibilities

• Build a centralised database for operational, regulatory, and corporate reporting.
• Establish and implement high quality frameworks for data analytics and data governance.
• Lead a growing team of data analytics professionals, including: inductions, training, team building, and career development.
• Drive, monitor, and promote data quality and data protection initiatives, staying up to date with best practices.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders across the business to understand business needs and opportunities in relation to data.
• Stay updated with existing and upcoming data solutions to assess whether they are the best fit for the company’s needs.

Experience Required

• 5-10 years’ experience in Data Analytics & Data Governance roles.
• 3+ years’ experience acting at a Head or Manager level.
• Strong experience across data analytics, data mining, data warehousing, data governance, and data reporting.
• Skilled in data tools & technologies (e.g. SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.).
• Excellent knowledge of data governance frameworks, data protection policies, and data best practices.

Educational Requirements

• Third level qualification in a relevant field (Data Analytics, Computer Science, etc)
