Data Analyst – Data Quality & Operations

My unique South Dublin based client is looking for a Data Analyst to join their team. You will be working in a small Data team where you will help monitor and optimise the quality of a bespoke database and resolve data issues. This role has the potential to further expand and offer professional development and progression opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years’ experience in a data analysis / data quality role. You will be a natural perfectionist with excellent attention to detail and a passion for date process improvement. This role is offering a hybrid model so you must be comfortable commuting to the South Dublin on a weekly basis.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the management and maintenance of a bespoke CRM database
• Contribute to data collection, monitoring, quality, and analysis
• Ensure database integrity & compliance, making sure data reporting is accurate, reliable, and efficient
• Analyse and propose solutions to improve data quality, processes, and reporting
• Develop and run reports to be used by internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to training users on database optimisation, reporting, guidelines, & best practices

Experience Required

• 2+ years of work experience in data analysis / data quality roles
• Experienced in querying, exporting, and analysing data
• Experienced in developing and analysing database reports
• Proven track record of improving data quality & processes
• Knowledge of CRM technologies would be a bonus

Educational Requirements

• A university degree in IT, Data Analytics, or related discipline
