Due to continued growth, my client is seeking to expand its Customer Support Team.
The successful candidate will join an established support team, providing telephone and remote support to clients in Ireland and the UK. Candidate should be energetic, professional and have good client management skills.
In this role you will handle direct customer inquiries around the use of their bespoke software and website to resolve customer issues. You will gather knowledge of customer issues presented to us in order to build the processes required to prevent repetitive issues.
