My Dublin based client is recruiting for a Customer Query and Complaints Management Officer  for a daily rate contract working on large operation projects.

My Dublin based client is recruiting for a Customer Query and Complaints Management Officer  for a daily rate contract working on large operation projects. The Customer Query and Complaints Management Officer must previous experience in using Complaint Management Systems Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.

Job Responsibilities

  • The Customer Query and Complaints Management Officer must previous experience in using Complaint Management Systems Microsoft Dynamics is preferred

Experience Required

  • Previous experience (at least one year) in roles that relate to complaints handling via emails, phone calls, web chat, social media.
  • Demonstrate a proven and successful experience driving positive change and influencing enhanced performance in customer care.
  • Possess strong skills in data management, analysis, and processing.

Essential and Desirable Skills

  • Have a good understanding of transport issues nationally, and in particular public transport service governance arrangement.
  • Previous experience in using Complaint Managements Systems (Microsoft dynamics preferred).

Educational Requirements

Hold a minimum of a NFQ level 7 qualification
