I have a new role just in - my client is now looking for a Customer / Application Support person to join their team in Dublin
Due to continued growth my client is looking for a Customer / Application Support person to join their growing team
The successful candidate will join an established support team, providing telephone and remote support to clients in Ireland and the UK
Candidate should be energetic, professional and have good telephone manner.
Time spent within a telephone helpdesk function with a good experience of supporting end users of IT services would be an advantage.
Experience with financial /banking software an advantage.
Logging of all calls in the helpdesk application
Providing first/second line technical support
Manage his or her call queue and prioritise efficiently and effectively
Working well and communicating within the Support team, including the transfer of knowledge.
Candidates should display an ability to learn on the job, to work on their own initiative and be willing to expand their expertise.
The ideal candidate will have come from a banking / financial background, someone who is familiar with dealing a high volume of calls.
