Job Description

My Dublin City Centre based client is looking for a CRM Administrator to join their growing and dynamic team, beginning on a contract basis and moving into a fixed-term contract.

Job Responsibilities

  • Managing and developing the CRM system in line with best practice processes, ensuring GDPR compliance
  • Working alongside internal stakeholders to ensure that the utilisation and integrity of CRM system is up to standard
  • Developing an in depth understanding of the Firm’s CRM and related systems
  • Contributing and aiding to the wider marketing and business development teams in relation to the CRM and all marketing technologies and business processes
  • Working in conjunction with multiple Departments within the company including IT, Digital Services, Marketing
  • Continuous development on projects to advance Marketing Operations
  • Maintaining relationships with external suppliers such as LexisNexis and Vuture
  • Assisting with the training of new employees in areas such as phone support, face-to-face training, end-user documentation, video recording and Super-User training
  • Supporting data management projects including specific data audits and clean-up projects as well as research, testing and implementing of new applications
  • Providing assistance on Marketing Operations projects through full lifecycle, adhering to timelines and budgets
  • Maintaining standards and protocols and ensuring that data is modelled, named and defined
  • consistently according to those standards
  • Ensuring effective record and file keeping in maintained throughout CRM systems

Experience Required

  • 2+ years in a CRM role is essential
  • Experience within a Law Firm or Professional Services firm is desirable
  • System and data management experience such as InterAction and LexisNexis
  • Previous collaboration with senior members of staff and internal stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work well in individual and group problem-solving situations
  • In depth understanding of Excel with the ability to create dashboards

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability work independently and of own initiative
  • Flexible and willing to support multiple functions, business units and competing demands

Educational Requirements

  • Third Level degree or relevant qualification
