My Dublin City Centre based client is recruiting for a Commercial Real Estate Administrator

My Dublin City Centre based client is recruiting for a Commercial Real Estate Administrator. The CRE Administrator will assist with all day to day operational activities and reporting for the commercial team. You will work alongside the Commercial Asset Managers and Administrators. You will ensure the relevant tracking systems are kept up to date, all on – going activities are scheduled, requests are instructed and all progress can be analysed and presented to all stakeholders. The CRE Administrator will support the Portfolio Managers and the wider Commercial Property team by conducting all administrative tasks & managing administrative functions.

Job Responsibilities

  • System management and maintenance, you will ensure all outputs and strategic decisions from borrower /3rd party meetings are accurately updated onto the system.
  • Customer Service and Relationship Management – You will maintain positive working relationships with agents, 3rd parties and the wider business to manage progress of Commercial Property team objectives.
  • Financial Administration – Raise purchase orders and invoices as required and ensure signed off as appropriate
  • Production of credit files and activate credit decisions on the system
  • Management Assistance
  • Conduct all tasks in a manner compliant with all policies, procedures, regulatory and legislative requirements

Experience Required

  • Collating information for weekly and monthly reports, and preparing documentation
  • Performing multifaceted general office support management of facilities for events as required by Commercial Property Team
  • Responsible for administrative tasks for the CRE Workout
  • Compliance through Risk Management

Essential and Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge/understanding of the Commercial Property market in Ireland.
  • Relevant property management/administration qualification
  • Previous experience in financial services and/or property management

Educational Requirements

Relevant Business degree or equivalent qualification
