Contact Centre Manager – Daily Rate Contract

My Dublin based client is recruiting for a Contact Centre Manager for a daily rate contract working on large operation projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Has demonstrated a good understanding of contact centre best practices in previous roles
• Has demonstrated strong communication skillset in previous roles.

Experience Required

• 12+ years experience in a senior contact centre operational role
• Experience in devising and setting up appropriate business processes to assist in the efficient and effective management of contact centres ensuring optimal outcomes for the CCC Programme and the Authority
• Experienced in the process of knowledge-transfer during mobilisation phase of contact centres
• Has demonstrated strong business acumen in previous roles to foresee and mitigate issues affecting the: 1) delivery of the contact centres 2) successful mobilisation and transition of services to a contact centre; and 4+ years’ experience in the mobilisation and transition phase of contact centres

Essential and Desirable Skills

• 12+ years experience in a senior contact centre operational role

Educational Requirements

Hold a minimum of a NFQ Level 7 qualification in a relevant discipline
