My Financial Services client based in Dublin City Centre are currently recruiting for a Contact Centre Agent to join the team on a daily rate contract. 

My Financial Services client based in Dublin City Centre are currently recruiting for a Contact Centre Agent to join the team on a daily rate contract.  The Contact Centre Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients within the financial services sector. This role requires a professional who is APA qualified and possesses a strong understanding of financial products and regulations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries regarding financial products and services. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Product Advice: Utilize APA qualifications to offer informed advice on a range of financial products including insurance, investments, and pensions.
  • Compliance and Regulations: Ensure all interactions and processes comply with financial regulations and standards. Stay updated on new regulations and products.
  • Problem Resolution: Address customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Data Management: Maintain customer records by updating account information accurately and securely.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to best serve customer needs and achieve team goals.

Experience Required

  • Education: High school diploma required; higher education or relevant qualifications preferred.
  • Certification: Must be an Accredited Product Adviser (APA) in at least one module (e.g., Life Assurance, Loans, Regulations).
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role within the financial services industry.

Essential and Desirable Skills

  • APA Qualified – Essential
  • Financial Services – Nice to have

Educational Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications preferred / APA
