My Dublin based client is recruiting for a Program Manager to join the team. This is a brand new role within the business.

My Dublin based client is recruiting for a Channel Partner Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. This is a brand new role within the business. The Channel Partner Manager will be in charge of overseeing a Partner Relationship Management (PRM) program from ground zero, ensuring efficiency and positive relationship with business partners and stakeholders. You will work within a dynamic environment involving team members worldwide. You will manage overall scope towards adoption, value recognition, revenue generation, and renewed engagement of the Partner Program.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead, plan, and execute the delivery of a B2B partner program from ground zero, including the Product, Price, Place, Promotion strategy
  • Be the interface between partners and internal stakeholders for success of the program
  • Ensure the successful onboarding & integration of partners to the program while utilizing the program benefits to its full potential
  • Drive the governance, accuracy, and actuality of the information flow of the program
  • Ensure successful positioning, availability, and promotion of solutions for the select partner categories
  • Manage & maintain pricing & configuration tools
  • Reporting & analytics metrics, using Salesforce to track performance
  • Ensure the relevant program initiatives (discounts, promos, certifications) are implemented effectively & efficiently
  • Oversee the program to assure it stays relevant and on par with industry developments
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, & other functional teams

Experience Required

  • Minimum of 3-6 years’ experience with channel partners and indirect go-to-market business practices
  • Must have experience designing a Partner Program / PRM from ground zero (not just maintaining it)
  • Hands-on experience managing channel partner programs independently (through help of internal teams and 3rd parties)
  • Skilled across project management, program management, program analysis, and program creation for technology channel marketing and channel programs
  • Knowledge of product dependencies and inter-relationships at product and component level
  • Knowledge of physical access control would be a bonus

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, or another relevant field
