Job Description

My South Dublin based client is looking for a Change Manager to help design, build and run any major changes across my client’s business.

Salary for the is role is ball park 75k per annum plus a full benefits package and Bonus.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Help in the delivery of major changes to the client’s business
  • Delivering effective risk management and mitigation
  • Strong experience with implementation of required polices and procedures.
  • Strong focus on helping the business grow and profit
  • Line management and mentoring the staff

Experienced Required:

  • 2-3 year’s experience in a similar role
  • Strong experience people leadership
  • Experience working in the banking/financial environment and working under the regulations and regulatory.
  • Strong Change Management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication

Essential and Desirable Skills:

  • Financial Services industry and Consultancy experience who be a desirable

Education Requirements:

  • Third level degree
