Change Manager

About the role

As a Business Change Manager you will be joining an existing project management team, who focus on delivering business change work-streams and projects. Responsible for end to end delivery of complex projects, in a matrixed environment. Demonstrating good interpersonal skills with proven experience working up and down an organisation.

Essential Functions: Business Change Manager

• End to End delivery of complex cross-border and cross-functional projects.
• Risk and Issue management.
• Building relationships with internal and external senior stakeholders.
• Own and manage the communication and governance with all stakeholders.
• Budget, Resources and Cost planning and management.
• Setting up and running efficient steering committee.
• Adaptability to manage projects of varying size and complexity.

Job Requirements: Business Change Manager

• 7 + years’ experience as a Senior Project Manager with experience delivering end to end projects, ideally in financial services / insurance.
• Experience working on cross-functional projects and in a cross-border function/or with off-shore teams.
• Exposure and experience with some of the following: Agile, PMP, Prince 2, Lean.
• Proven experience in building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in managing vendors relationships and 3rd parties delivering into the company.
• A recognised project management qualification/membership would be advantageous.
• Being Hands-on when required.
