Job Description

My large Financial services client is looking for a Change Analyst to join their growing team, to lead Department projects and support Product Owner with large projects within the department.

Job Responsibilities

  • Report to the Claims Change Team Assistant Manager from a Claims Department perspective, to provide support to project and change programmes- taking business lead or another role as appropriate
  • Record accurate business requirements by providing a thorough understanding of business needs and the impact on existing systems and business processes
  • Coordinate and complete project documentation to include change/maintenance evidence and communication for release
  • Perform root cause analysis of system and process issues and work closely with business users in order to identify and translate their needs into requirement specifications
  • Provide support the project team through the various stages of project delivery
  • Resolve conflicts and remove barriers to ensure successful resolution of issues
  • Aid delivery of continuous business process improvements to the Claims department with the objective of increasing operational efficiency
  • Develop relationships within their business unit and other areas where required by being proactive and displaying a thorough understanding of the business

Experience Required

  • IT experience is desirable but not essential, with specific connection to Systems as the company enter into expanding their digital experience and enhancing/introducing a new application architecture
  • Experience working within a change or project management and lean six sigma framework is desirable
  • Knowledge of Customer Excellence and Employee Excellence programmes is desirable
