Business Intelligence Analyst

My Dublin-based client has a brand new opportunity for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join their growing team on a permanent basis. This is an international organisation with an excellent reputation in the Irish market. This is a newly created role to support the continued expansion of the business as a whole.

Job Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and report large volumes of data to provide market trends and identify business strategies
• Gather information from various sources to find patterns and trends
• Monitor current and potential customers to find ways of improving services, increasing sales, and identifying future product development
• Compile reports, summarise data, and propose actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business sectors

Experience Required

• 2-5 years’ experience in a Business Intelligence role
• Proven ability to gather, analyse, interpret, and report on large volumes of data
• Strong experience working with different business functions

Essential and Desirable Skills

• Excellent data analysis and data visualisation skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Analytical mindset with an ability to translate date into real world insights

Educational Requirements

• Third level education in a relevant field (Data Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, etc)
• Relevant certifications would be a bonus
