Job Description
Dublin West client is looking for a Business Development Representative to join their team on a permanent basis
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver a steady stream of qualified sales opportunities to the team of Account Directors
- Provide prompt phone/email follow up to all inbound inquiries and Marketing campaign leads
- Generate new sales leads through calling/emailing target accounts with the aim to book meetings for Account Directors
- Communicate with senior level executives
- Regularly draw up reports and update any required information in Salesforce
- Meet and exceed monthly quotas and objectives
- Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization
- Proactively work with Product Marketing to understand the upcoming Marketing Campaigns, the target audiences and the key business challenges
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams
Experience Required
- 2+ years experience of Business Development, preferably in the Technology space or related background with proven history of over achievement
- Highly motivated individual
- Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills
- Fluency in English and additional languages would be advantageous
- In-depth knowledge of social media tools to aid demand generation activities, particularly LinkedIn
- Competent user of sales pipeline management and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce and/or Hubspot
