My client based in the Midlands of Ireland is recruiting for a Business Change Manager to join the team for a SAP implementation project.

My client based in the Midlands of Ireland is recruiting for a Business Change Manager to join the team for a SAP implementation project. This role will be initially a 12 – 18 month project. The Change Manager shall have experience in leading programs of Change & Business transformation as  part of an SAP Implementation within a multi-site environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with all Senior Stakeholders to define the Organisational Change Strategy and then deliver the operational reality of this strategy across all sites to the defined project timeline.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy the change management strategy to meet the objectives of the project
  • Demonstrate a structured change management involving high levels of collaboration across a broad range of stakeholders
  • Planning and monitoring of all aspects of business change with clear link into the overall project plan
  • Stakeholder management across the whole organisation
  • Conduct impact assessments across all functional areas
  • Assess change readiness
  • Document requirements and support the design and delivery of training

Experience Required

  • Experience of delivering Organizational Change within SAP ECC or SAP 4/Hana implementation
  • Strong influencer who can lead at multiple levels
  • Excellent facilitation skills and can effectively facilitate sessions at all levels across the organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great presentation and persuasion skills
  • Proven knowledge of having managed complex multinational and multi-site change initiatives
  • Knowledge and experience of Change Management best practice and methodologies
  • Previous experience of delivering organizational change remotely

Essential and Desirable Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Project management qualification
