Job Description

My Dublin based client is looking to add a Business Change Manager to their team on a permanent basis

Responsibilities include:

  • Implementation of appropriate governance mechanisms for the management of conceptual changes through to delivery.
  • Liaising with internal partners for the assessment of compliance relating to change.
  • Working with key stakeholders to define project scope and develop functional specifications.

Skills required:

  • Strong Project Management skills
  • 4-5 years experience as a Business Analyst / Project Manager role.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Strong Influencing skills.
  • People management experience
  • Problem solving and decision making skills
  • Ability to motivate and lead project team to deliver on time, quality and within budget.
  • Third Level Degree  equivalent IT qualification
  • Excellent Planning and Organising skills
  • Strong Communication skills
