My Dublin based client is looking for an experience Business Analyst with T24 experience to join their team on a daily rate contract basis.

The business analyst will be part of a project team that is responsible for transitioning the company from its legacy platform to a new, integrated real time platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engagement with the business to gather, analyse, refine and document Business requirements for delivering the business solution
- Apply and monitor the use of required modelling and analysis tools, methods and standards, giving consideration to business perspectives
- Translate inputs from business to solution design and validate them against business objectives Contribute to business cases which define potential benefits, options for achieving these benefits through development of new or changed processes, and associated business risks
- Arrange and chair meetings with business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure new requirements are understood, complete and accurate
- Test concepts with the business through UAT to ensure that the delivered system is fit for purpose/specified intended use
- Establish effective change control for user requirements
- Confirm completion of all requirements documentation, distribute and communicate requirements documents to relevant stakeholders and ensure IT-related business requirements are signed off by the business and sponsor
Essential Key Requirements:
- Experience mapping core banking systems requirements (ideally Temenos T.24)
- Experience in retail banking systems transformation initiatives
- Or Experience in a Retail Banking Software provider
- 3-4 years of experience in working as a Business Analyst preferably in Financial Services sector
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work with people of varied technical backgrounds and management levels
- Client-focused attitude with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Committed team player with positive winning attitude
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical personnel
- Degree in BIS, business or related field
