My Dublin based client is recruiting for a Business Analyst to join the team on a perm basis. This role will be a hybrid model.

My Dublin based client is recruiting for a PM / Business Analyst to join the team on a perm basis. This role will be a hybrid model.

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, monitor & measure projects and will report to the Programme Manager on progress including milestones, risks, issues & problem resolution
  • You will work with project sponsors & stakeholders to identify & document project goals, business requirement & action plans in order to facilitate successful implementation / execution of all projects
  • Coordinate project tasks & deliverables across multiple projects with internal & external development teams
  • Maintain project plans & carry out project documentation such as requirements definition, technical specification, process mapping.
  • Move from Project Manager to Business Analysts to ensure all business requirements are documented & met throughout the project lifecycle
  • Process Mapping, work with business & engineering teams to develop process maps of functional areas during development
  • Trouble shooting issues, working with internal resources & 3rd parties to deliver solutions
  • Testing support including UAT co-ordination & integration testing

Experience Required

  • 5 years’ experience in a project management / business analyst role
  • Experience in full software development project lifecycle
  • Excellent organisational skills; demonstrable ability to manage projects through to successful completion within established time frames, budget & / or resources
  • Experience in using Agile project methodologies
  • Knowledge of Salesforce & Smart Technologies a distinct advantage

Essential and Desirable Skills

  • 5 years’ experience in a project management / business analyst role
  • Experience in full software development project lifecycle

Educational Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or other closely-related discipline
  • Formal Project Management training e.g. Certified Scrum master PMI, desirable.
