Job Responsibilities
- Plan, monitor & measure projects and will report to the Programme Manager on progress including milestones, risks, issues & problem resolution
- You will work with project sponsors & stakeholders to identify & document project goals, business requirement & action plans in order to facilitate successful implementation / execution of all projects
- Coordinate project tasks & deliverables across multiple projects with internal & external development teams
- Maintain project plans & carry out project documentation such as requirements definition, technical specification, process mapping.
- Move from Project Manager to Business Analysts to ensure all business requirements are documented & met throughout the project lifecycle
- Process Mapping, work with business & engineering teams to develop process maps of functional areas during development
- Trouble shooting issues, working with internal resources & 3rd parties to deliver solutions
- Testing support including UAT co-ordination & integration testing
Experience Required
- 5 years’ experience in a project management / business analyst role
- Experience in full software development project lifecycle
- Excellent organisational skills; demonstrable ability to manage projects through to successful completion within established time frames, budget & / or resources
- Experience in using Agile project methodologies
- Knowledge of Salesforce & Smart Technologies a distinct advantage
Essential and Desirable Skills
- 5 years’ experience in a project management / business analyst role
- Experience in full software development project lifecycle
Educational Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or other closely-related discipline
- Formal Project Management training e.g. Certified Scrum master PMI, desirable.
