My Dublin based financial services client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong process modeling skills to join the team for a daily rate contract role.
Business Analyst to work in the Business Lead in Fraud/Channels/PSD2 APIs to support the development and mapping of business processes.
To Ensure that Business processes are robust, and fit for purpose to meet Customer and efficiency objectives.
To support the design of efficient processes consistent with Transformation Design principles.
Facilitate Process mapping Sessions on own or in conjunction with Business Design Lead/Product Owner/PM.
Deliver Fit for purpose Process Mapping and Documentation based on SME and workshop inputs.
Recording of all outputs from process mapping sessions, process reviews, including Process Risks and Controls and Data objects.
Coach new users in process mapping skills and standards
