Job Description

We are currently seeking a Business Analyst for a 6 Month Contract based in Dublin City Centre. Reporting to the Business Systems Manager, the Business Analyst will work with key stakeholders across a number of business units to define and document business processes and requirements in areas such as governance and change management.

Job Overview/ Responsibilities:

  • Assist the business teams in modelling as-is & to-be processes, identifying issues and opportunities for change
  • Partner with business group representatives to learn and understand their business operations
  • Design and streamline business processes
  • Review and develop standards and processes and oversee compliance
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Create detailed system documentation

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • A 3rd Level Qualification
  • 5+ Years Business Analyst experience
  • Good business process experience with the ability to comfortably engage with all stakeholders in support of objectives
  • Good Governance project experience
  • Good facilitation and influencing skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
