Job Description

A large corporate client in Dublin city centre is looking for a BI EDW Architect to join on a 12 month contract.

In this role you will work within the IT team and work alongside the business users and vendors to support, develop and manage change within my client’s Data Warehouse. You will also play a major part in the drive of the implementation of the IT Data Analytics

Experience:

  • A degree in business administration, information systems or related subject or certifications such as, MCSE (Data Management & Analytics).
  • 8 years’ experience in the field of Business Intelligence.
  • In Depth Knowledge of the BI/EDW and ETL Development Lifecycle
  • Proven dimensional modelling and ETL development experience
  • Strong and proven experience with Microsoft SQL Server & SSIS, SSRS, SSAS etc
  • Experience of implementing data solutions in MS Azure
  • Experience with a major BI or Data Visualisation tool eg QlikView, PowerBi ect
  • Extensive Customer Facing Experience
  • Strong knowledge of integrating data from ERP/Financial Systems such as MS Dynamics (Nav), Oracle Financials.
  • Involvement in writing, reviewing & optimizing Functional Specifications
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
