Job Description

My Dublin city centre based clients looking for a Application Support Analyst who has a strong background in Supporting Financial Applications and ideally Fund Management related systems.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the users in Europe on 1st and 2nd line applications
  • Provide incident/problem management skills
  • Support and manage production incidents, resolve independently
  • Help build a competent understanding of the technical infrastructure
  • Proven problem-solving abilities

Experience Required

  • 1-2 years’ experience in application support and some exposure of supporting financial systems..
  • experience in a customer-facing role within the investment management industry together
  • proven experience matching complex batch processes adapting to multiple technologies

Essential and Desirable Skills

A knowledge of SQL skills would be highly desirable 

Educational Requirements
Relevant 3rd level Computer Science Degree
