Job Description
Dublin based client requires an experienced Application lead to join their team on a permanent basis
Job Responsibilities
- Help operate to monetise their network by setting up a new channle or brand to expand their base and attract new customers
- Produce the full end to end journeys that are included within the DBP and offered to customers
- Responsible for the end customer experience mobile app of the Digital Business Platform
- Owner of the mobile app development
- Fully hands-on developing, testing and integrating the mobile app to the internal and external systems, as well as executing the necessary bug fixing
- Work closely with the UX & Design team
Experience Required
- Ideally 8 years experience in Software Design and implementation of web application programming
- Experienced in customer solution deliveries
- Experience in strong web application development and process design
- Experience with project delivery practices
- Understand how User Experience and Design can impact a full end to end customer journey
- Delivery of mobile apps
Essential and Desirable Skills
- User Interface technologies – such as AngularJS
- Service architecture
- One of the following technologies is a must – PHP, Java or C#
- JavaScript, CSS, HTML
- Experience of API and service based architectures using REST APIs, microservices and utilising JSON web applications
- Cloud Native Technologies is a plus
- SCM and CI/CD is a plus
Educational Requirements
- Computer Science or Software Engineering related degree
