Responsibilities:

• Leading and executing delivery of Enterprise scale Agile programmes through the full life cycle
• Complex Programme/Project Governance, minimising our exposure and risk on programmes/ projects
• Fostering key stakeholder relationships and day-to-day interactions, seeking opportunities to increase customer satisfaction
• Facilitating team and client meetings effectively
• Leading and contributing to the development of client proposals
• Effectively applying methodology and enforcing programme/ project standards
• Preparing for engagement reviews and quality assurance projects
• Leading and motivating teams to deliver innovative solutions

Requirements:

• At least 7-9 years’ experience as a programme/project manager leading Technology programmes/projects
• Strong experience managing delivery of agile projects
• Someone who is adaptable and passionate about innovation
• Proven and demonstrable experience of successfully delivering programmes/projects
• Excellent stakeholder management experience
• Excellent communication and team-building skills
• Professional project management certification
• Experience working in a client facing role, ideally from a consulting / systems integration background
