Job Description
Our well-established Dublin based client is offering an exciting Agile Coach position to a candidate who has extensive experience working in Scrum and Agile environments on large scale projects.
Job Responsibilities
- As a senior Agile Coach, you will be responsible for implementing companywide business plans and co-ordinating Scrum teams
- You will be tasked with ensuring company practice is delivered in line with Agile methodologies
- Guide and deliver innovative procedures to co-ordinate the successful adherence to Agile systems such as DevOps, Scrum and Lean
- Optimise the current Agile workspace and encourage the facilitation of productivity and consistent improvement throughout the Scrum team
- To develop and educate team members and leaders to encourage efficiency in the working environment
Experience Required
- 6+ years of experience in an industry leading professional company
- 3+ years of experience working in a team leader role within IT
- A deep understanding of Agile and Scrum processes and methods
- Experience implementing Agile in an IT environment
- Exceptional time-management and issue prioritisation skills
- Proven ability to be able to work independently in a self-directed capacity
- Skill in understanding and reconciling the interests of both the technical needs of IT teams and the results driven requirements of business departments
- Expertise in communicating with and concisely explaining strategy to individuals in different departments of the company
Educational Requirements
- Third Level Qualification in IT or Business (or applicable discipline)
- SAFe, Scrum, Agile Management qualifications/ accreditations – preferred
