Job Description

My client is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join the Group’s Finance team at their Dublin based offices.

Job Responsibilities

  • Review and process invoices for payment
  • Monitor and reconcile vendor accounts ensuring payments are resolved.
  • Form and build relationships with each of their finance teams / Managing Directors
  • Any other ad hoc duties as deemed appropriate by the management team.

Experience Required

  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar position

Essential and Desirable Skills

  • Accounting technician is a bonus but not necessary.
  • Solid understanding of accounts payable principles and practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and other accounting software

Educational Requirements

  • Currently studying towards ACCA / ACA exams highly desirable
