Recruitment Consultants are responsible for attracting potential candidates and matching them with relevant positions in client companies, either on a temporary or full-time basis.
They work with client companies and build relationships to gain a better understanding of their needs and requirements. Recruitment Consultants attract candidates through networking, headhunting and through referrals.
They may also draft advertising copy for use through a range of media sources, and are also responsible for screening candidates, performing background checks on them, interviewing them and matching them to their clients.
