The responsibilities of a QA Manager can vary from each organisation; however, often the role will include determining, negotiating and agreeing on quality procedures, assessing customer requirements and ensuring that they are satisfied.

They will often manage a group of quality assurance analysts who test, evaluate, and validate IT initiatives and identify issues in software or services. Additionally, they will analyse discrepancies in service or performance and makes recommendations for product or service updates.
