The adaptions must be communicated to various stakeholders, so effective communication to all level of employees from shareholders to client based administrations should be of a high and professional standard. IT Business Analysts need to remain up to date with developments in the rapidly changing industry, to ensure the organisation stays ahead of changes and can foresee and predict future challenges.

The role also requires an assessment of how those changes and predictions would impact the organisation, and how to manage them if they arise. IT Business Analysts are required to be on hand to deal with any issues that may arise during the implementation process, to guide employees and the organisation through the change. They must acquire a detailed knowledge of the organisation, its functions, current systems, operations, aims and objectives before beginning the change analyse. IT Business Analysts need to be adaptable, have good leadership skills and comprehensive experience and knowledge within the industry.
