As the first point of contact with clients with a technical issue, it is important that the Helpdesk Analysts obtain as much information about the problem in a professional and considerate manner to establish the severity of the problem and the requirements for the solution. A basic troubleshooting procedure will be followed, before escalating the issue to a relevant senior, if it remains unresolved, to provide the best remedy to get the issue fixed efficiently and effectively.

In this role, you will be responsible for updating clients of the progress and logging the information for future reference and recommendations. Helpdesk Analysts require excellent keyboard skills, the ability to multitask and problem-solve, be a quick thinker and have a client-focused attitude.
