The definition of a graduate job can depend on your industry, profession and level of education. A graduate job, simply, is the acquisition of a role that required you to possess a degree in order to be awarded that position and start a career in that particular industry. Although, graduate jobs can be gained by climbing the ladder within an organisation until you reach the ‘graduate level.’
Many graduate IT jobs will require an individual with a comprehensive knowledge of computer systems, and they may look for individuals who achieved a 2:1 or higher in a relevant field. However, if an individual can demonstrate their enthusiasm and knowledge of the field many organisations will consider a graduate with a lower grade. Eolas offer plenty of opportunities for graduates with relevant education to begin their exciting career in the IT industry.
