The Development Manager works closely with the Project Manager to ensure that the projects are completed to specification and budget. They also spend time working with the organisation on planning and preparing for new projects. They’re always making small changes in the current plans to provide a better product, develop a better skill set in the group, or preparing the development team for the project.
The Development Manager evaluates and assesses the impact of potential changes in the market, and continually evaluates ways to improve the skill sets within the organisation.
