They act as a point of reference between the IT department and the rest of the business, ensuring the smooth transition of any structural process changes that are implemented, to ensure the business is operating to the best of its abilities.
To be successful within this role, you will have proven experience of delivering change via transformation projects or through day-to-day operations within organisations. Usually, Business Transformation Managers have demonstrable experience in project management, as well as strong leadership and motivation skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and negotiating skills are desired, and you should be able to approach problems logically, offering an appropriate balance of creativity and pragmatism, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and implement change.
